Terms of use

Last updated: July 27, 2026. By using ThatUtilsPad (the website, launcher, Discord bot, free DLL, or paid licenses), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

ThatUtilsPad provides license-gated software tooling for Gorilla Tag (mod checking / launcher features), a public free DLL download when published, Discord-related account linking, and optional paid licenses. Features may change without notice.

2. Accounts and Discord

Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for securing your Discord account. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations.

3. Licenses and payments

Paid keys are personal (or as stated at purchase) and may be bound to hardware IDs. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing paid keys without permission is prohibited. Refunds follow the payment provider and shop policy in effect at purchase time.

4. Free DLL

The free DLL is provided as-is when available. It may be updated, replaced, or removed at any time. Free builds are not covered by paid support SLAs.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Attack, scrape abusively, or overload our APIs or infrastructure
• Bypass license, captcha, or security controls
• Use the service for malware distribution or illegal activity
• Misrepresent affiliation with ThatUtilsPad

6. Game and third-party software

Gorilla Tag and Discord are third-party products. You must follow their rules. ThatUtilsPad is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless explicitly stated. Modding can break; use at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ThatUtilsPad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, bans, or device issues arising from use of the software.
