Privacy policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026. This explains what ThatUtilsPad collects and how it is used.

1. What we collect

• Discord profile data you authorize via OAuth (such as Discord user ID, username, and email when provided by Discord)
• License and device data for paid products (license keys, hardware IDs / machine identifiers, activation timestamps, IP addresses used for abuse prevention)
• Operational logs (errors, security checks, download and API audit events)
• Payment metadata from shops/processors (for example order IDs, product, and delivery status). Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us as full PAN data

2. How we use it

• Authenticate dashboards and link Discord roles
• Issue, renew, and enforce licenses
• Deliver downloads and free DLL updates
• Prevent fraud, sharing abuse, and automated attacks (including captcha when enabled)
• Operate Discord announcements and support tooling

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and vendors we use (hosting, Discord, payment/shop providers, captcha provider when configured) solely to run the service.

4. Retention

Account, license, and security records are kept while needed to provide the service and fight abuse. You may request deletion of dashboard-linked account data through Discord support channels, subject to legal and anti-fraud retention needs.

5. Free downloads

Public free DLL downloads do not require a Discord login. Standard server logs (such as IP and user-agent) may still be recorded for security and capacity.

6. Security

We use HTTPS in production, access controls on admin surfaces, and signed launcher protocols where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
